Physiotherapists undergo extensive training to not only know how to address your pain in the short-term, but also how to prevent it from reoccurring in the long-term.
Physiotherapy can help with any form of mechanical or musculoskeletal pain, that being pain arising from joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves.

A clinical pilates program is a key element to recovery from any form of spinal pain. Be that lower-back pain, mid-back pain or neck pain. Clinical pilates can also help you to gain strength in joints such as the shoulder, knee, ankle and more.
A large focus of clinical pilates is on stability and control. In order to achieve these two things, you need to build up the deeper layer of core muscles which stabilise the spinal segments and pelvic position. This is what Pilates is all about.
We carry out 1:1 private coaching for mat and reformer based clinical pilates. You can also book in for independent use of our reformer pilates equipment to complete your program once you have been trained.

Resistance training is another very important part of an optimal health and fitness plan. This form of strengthening focuses on building outer layer muscles that are important for performing everyday movements well.
Strengthening is the key to fixing most forms of pain, but figuring out which muscles need strengthening and where your imbalances are is the hard part. That's where we can help.
Resistance training is ideally performed in a gym environment, however many people don't like gyms. If resistance training is what your body needs based on our assessment we will often encourage and help you to establish and progress a exercise based program in your local gym or in your own home environment.
Prices shown are before any private health rebates. All private health fund claiming can be done on the spot. Amount rebated will depend on your health fund policy. Typical rebate can range between 30-100%.
This appointment is for assessment of a new injury or issue. 30 minutes is enough time to hear your story, assess the issue and discuss the management options. Book a longer 45 or 60min appointment if you are wanting treatment and or an exercise program in your first visit.
45min is our physio's preferred appointment length for assessing a new injury and still having time to provide an exercise program, referral and or treatment if required.
A 60min initial appointment is ideal for complex cases or multiple issues that need to be assessed. You can call to discuss options with our reception staff.
Hands on treatment session without exercise prescription. Can include any type of manual therapy. I.e. massage, dry needling, trigger point release, joint mobilisation, cupping, etc.
These classes are an awesome option for people who want to work on fixing an ongoing problem and addressing the contributing factors to the issue. These sessions are 50min in duration and are tailored to your individual needs.
