Our mission is to help our clients stay strong and pain free to keep enjoying life's adventures.
“To overcome or take control.”... “ To climb successfully.”
Recovering from injury or working towards achieving peak longterm physical health isn’t an easy task. The journey is often like climbing a mountain. We are determined to help you get to the top of that mountain, conquer your pain and make sure your body doesn't stop you from doing the things you love. It's time to take control.
A big problem when trying to fix something is how easy it is to take the short cut or "bandaid" quick-fix approach. We are passionate about not chasing the symptoms, but discovering the true source of your problem and addressing all the contributing factors to ensure we overcome it and prevent it coming back.
The most important part of getting a great outcome is having a very accurate diagnosis. We love problem solving your issues and determining not only the source of your pain but how this pain has manifested. The next most important thing is to discuss the optimal plan of how to address the issues to help you achieve your goals.
Manual therapy is an important aspect of recovery. Whether that is gentle massage, deep tissue massage, dry needling, joint mobilisation or joint manipulation. These are all techniques that can help ease pain and progression.
We are dedicated to provide you with the most up to date exercises with research to back them up. Evidence based practice is crucial to achieving great outcomes. We understand how hard it can be to remember how to do the stick figure exercises that your physio prescribes so we have made a commitment to send you specially made videos of each of your exercises with a physio talking you through them.
